Hi, I’m Rotosha, a Senior majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Women’s Studies. I’m very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. My family will tell you that I never meet a stranger. My outgoing personality fueled my desire to study Communications at the University of Alabama and I’ve learned invaluable skills in public speaking, verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as the many layers of communication research. In my spare time, I enjoy blogging and sharing my love for food (blog: Eat more, stress less). Once I started blogging and sharing my experiences with followers on social media, I was intrigued by the influence and marketing capabilities of companies on various social media platforms. My personal blog and work as a Social Media Specialist (on campus) helped me connect with audiences and effectively convey messages while adapting to different communication styles. These skills will aid me as I prepare for a future career in Communications.
